Thank you for shopping with Sure’to! We’re committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
  • You’ll receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

If there’s any delay due to high order volume or stock issues, we’ll notify you by email right away.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Visayas & Mindanao 5–10 business days ₱150

Free shipping for orders ₱2,000 and above (Philippines only).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance or unexpected delays.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners such as LBC, J&T Express, and Ninja Van to ensure your orders arrive safely.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery status.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Sure’to is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping will require an additional delivery fee.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
  3. We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Sure’to ships within the Philippines only. We’re working on expanding to international destinations soon!
